• Unconscious bias training is being rolled out to all recruiting managers

• Enabling our best women to go further, faster through the Women in Leadership Sponsorship & Development Programme (12 month programme offering sponsorship and tailored group coaching)
• Empowering our people to take more control of when and where they work
• Providing quality family care support e.g. 6 months shared parental leave; childcare vouchers; Parents@Sky
